| There she is, the Superdome. Remember how bad
it looked after Katrina? They got it fixed back up pretty quick in time for
the start of the Saints 2006 season. |

| The Hornets, however, continued to play
elsewhere for the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons. |

| The Hyatt Regency, located adjacent to the
Superdome, does not seem to be reopened yet. It's been almost three years. |

know what this is about. Actually I guess my sister would know too. |

| I took a drive to the Gentilly neighborhood
located on the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain. I wanted to see how the
rebuilding was coming along and if there was still visible damage. Here you
can see some workers clearing away the remains of a recently demolished gas
station. |

| It has been almost three years since Katrina,
so there has been a good amount of rebuilding in the previously devastated
neighborhoods I drove through. But it is a little weird seeing new or
refurbished buildings standing right next to dilapidated ones. |

| Lisa and Donnie just wanted to tell everyone
that they are okay. See that dark line almost all the way up the wall? I'm
no expert, but I would say that was the waterline when the rising lake level
flooded the area. |

| Food in New Orleans is very shellfish, catfish
and sausage intensive, which made finding something to eat a little
difficult. I just grabbed a po-boy sandwich for dinner. |

photographs, but I guess I just don't have the right eye for it. This photo
