DAY 2 ![]()
DISNEYLAND PARIS
| After several hours in Disneyland Park, I hopped as my Park Hopper allowed to the Disney Studios. |
![]() |
| The inside of the large soundstage building on the way in is full of restaurants. |
![]() |
| Here's the back of it. |
![]() |
| The familiar Walt and Mickey statue. |
![]() |
| Television studios. I don't know if they actually film anything here or they just say this is a television studio. |
![]() |
| About the only thing in the Studios worth doing is the Rock N' Rollercoaster. |
![]() |
| The holding area with the little "Aerosmith in the studio" video. In this one, they are looking at the design for the ride rather than recording in a studio. |
![]() |
| The ride is basically the same but the idea is different. In WDW, you are in a limousine going from the recording studio to the concert hall. Here you just ride around in a set that looks like stage with the lights, rigging, smoke and whatnot. |

| The Disney Studios is mostly shows. This one is called Animagique. |
![]() |
| The Art of Disney Animation. |
![]() |
| They have the backlot tram tour as well. |
![]() |
| The other ride right now is the Aladdin thing. Under construction when I was there is the Tower of Terror. |

| I didn't have my picture taken with Mrs. Incredible (although I've always been kind of keen on Holly Hunter). I took a photo of this kid having his picture taken with Mrs. Incredible instead. True to the character, the suit is built a little hippy. |

| Before I went back into Disneyland Park for the rest of the day, I walked (or more correctly limped) around Disney Village and some of the hotels. I took this photo because I thought that the Indian looked like Mel Brooks in Blazing Saddles. |

| Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon. I just thought it was funny seeing "CE SOIR LIVE MUSIC" on the marquee under the guy with the guitar. From the look of him, I don't think Billy Bob knows French. |

| Rather than walk, I rode the bus to... |
![]() |
| ...Hotel New York. |
![]() |
| The lobby is very art deco. It looked like a cross between a value and moderate resort. |
![]() |
| A big Yankees logo on the floor. |
![]() |
| From the back of the Hotel New York you can see Sequoia Lodge... |
![]() |
| ...and Newport Bay Club hotels. |
