LAKE TAHOE

On the way from Virginia City to Lake Tahoe I drove past...
The Moonlite Bunny Ranch. I didn't watch it, but it was where they shot the HBO Cathouse documentaries and reality series.
From female beauty to natural beauty.

Lake Tahoe.
The water was cold.
I didn't see a lot of people on the water, but these two were in their kayaks.
According to Wikipedia, Tahoe was derived from the Washoe word for "The Lake", so Lake Tahoe means Lake Lake.
There was a small stream flowing into the lake. I'm sure it is fed by snow melt in the spring and early summer.
The ducks were enjoying a nice day.
The beaches were dotted with people enjoying the weather, many bringing their dogs.
I decided to stay in Sparks, which is east of Reno, so I spent the night at Western Village Inn and Casino. That way I would already be out of Reno for the drive the next morning.
The hallway had an old look to it.
The room was fairly standard. Saturday night is a busy night at the casino. The parking lots were full.
I had chicken parmesan at the Cafe Bellini in the casino. They give you way too much. I only finished one of the two chicken breasts, two of the four pieces of bread and some of the spaghetti.
